the darjeeling limited. this was a great movie. kudos, wes. you did it again. i'll say, of all of wes anderson's films, this one is top 3. the actors were on their best game and the scenes were beautiful. i never thought a train could be so interesting. so now... i need to get to india.

scratch europe for places i'd like to go. india, you have my heart. for obvious reasons, i think my first destination of travel when i have the chance is india. this is a weird memory, but when i was little i used to watch a little princess a lot. there was a part in that movie where sarah imagines a big head of buddah in the water, covered with moss... it was beautiful and it was in india. since then, i have had that image of india in my head - i want to go there.

naan. the tasty delight from the far east. garlic is my favorite, with a little plum and cilantro - delicious. this movie was such an inspiration to see the beautiful country of india. i can't wait to hightail it over there! (but cedars is close enough for me, right now.)

if you haven't yet had the pleasure of chai - please do. just not from starbucks. (because it just isn't authentic. trust me, i am a slave to the sbux.) cedars or any other indian restuarant will offer the good stuff. get some. it's delish.

yes. if ever i have the means to create a room like this, i will and we shall enjoy one another's company while we sip piping hot chai.

just a little rant about traveling. i didn't think i wanted to travel so much. i just keep getting inspired. better listen to my inspirations.
